The winner of the playoffs is crowned the champion of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The 1st League - FBiH is governed by a board of directors, consisting of representatives from each of the participating clubs. The board is responsible for setting the rules and regulations of the league, as well as appointing referees and organizing matches. The board also has the authority to suspend or expel players and clubs for misconduct.
The 1st League - FBiH has grown in popularity since its inception, and is now one of the most popular leagues in the region. It has produced some of the best players in the world, including former World Cup winner Edin Džeko and former Ballon d’Or winner Zvjezdan Misimović. The league continues to be a source of pride for the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
